Education Initiative

The Club is leading the way for shoreline owners to become educated and informed about issues that concern the lake management.

Along with the links on this website, we are sponsoring a Lakeside Lectures series of presentations and workshops that will support the mandate for our Lake Management District to provide education.

We will invite speakers from the academic, regulatory and professional lake management communities to present us with educational information regarding Best Management Practices, aquifer geology, nutrient loading in lakes, the permitting system from Dept of Ecology, fish and wildlife habitat,  invasive species and other topics that can keep citizens informed. 

Educated taxpayers can better direct the money they spend for lake protection!
